Coco Papaya offers a wide choice of table lamps of all sizes, wall sconces, floor lamps, but also chandeliers, suspensions and various ceiling lights ... Our lighting fixtures handmade by passionate craftsmen will be of great help to create a warm and authentic atmosphere in your home.

In the same way as wall decoration, or furniture, the choice of lighting is of paramount importance for the successful decoration of a room. We advise you to choose your luminaires according to two main criteria: style and appearance.

Which style of lighting to choose?

To choose the right style of your lighting, you must first have chosen the theme of the room you are decorating. Because depending on whether you want to create an atmosphere inspired by bohemian chic, ethnic, contemporary, or Scandinavian, for example, the style of lighting will have to adapt to that of your room.

At Coco Papaya, we mainly offer luminaires handcrafted with natural materials such as plant fibers (rattan, wicker, coconut leaf ...), wood or shells. You will certainly find the suspension or table lamp you need if you have opted for a style of decoration that integrates natural materials.

On the other hand, if you want an industrial decoration, you will have to look for metal fixtures; and if you fall for futuristic design, then opt for ultra-modern lighting with built-in LED bulbs.

A light fixture should be as pretty off as it is on.

We now come to the appearance of the luminaires as a selection criterion.

Too often, buyers only consider the quality of lighting offered by the luminaires, or only their appearance when they are in operation. It's a mistake.

Never forget that your light fixture will probably be turned off from morning until nightfall, but it will still be visible (unless it is embedded in a piece of furniture of course). The luminaire is therefore not only an object used to provide light! It is a real object of decoration and ornament of the interior space.

Whether it's a chandelier, a wall lamp, or a bedside lamp, the fixture is part of the overall style and appearance of the room where you install it. That's why we advise you to choose quality luminaires that, even without a bulb, have an attractive style, consistent with that of your interior.
