Adjustable Tibetan ring for men or women, in white copper engraved with the mantra "Om Mani Padme Hum".
Ring diameter = 2cm approximately. The ring is open in the center and can be easily pulled apart, allowing the diameter to be enlarged. It is therefore suitable for all fingers from 55 to 75mm in circumference. Ring width = 1cm. White copper is a slightly malleable and non-brittle alloy, which makes the ring adjustable, It is also an hypoallergenic alloy.
"Om Mani Padme Hum" and the "Heart Sutra"
The mantra "Om Mani Padme Hum" which is engraved on the outer side of the ring, is often referred to as the "Mantra of Great Compassion". Buddhists consider that it contains all of Buddha's teachings, and that by repeating it and inscribed it, they will be able to access Nirvana more easily.
The inside of the ring is engraved with a Buddhist text called the "Heart Sutra", which is chanted by monks during Transcendental Meditation sessions.
