We recommend that you purify your malachite tumbled stone at least 3 to 4 times a month if you handle it regularly.

Purification in water is possible, in demineralized water imperatively. The bath should not last more than a few minutes. Then, dry the stone well with a soft cloth. Warning: malachite tarnishes when left in the water for too long!

It is also possible to purify malachite by passing it through white sage or frankincense smoke. This process has the advantage of not altering the stone, but must be repeated more often.

To recharge malachite with energy, expose it to sunlight for a few hours. It can also recharge when placed on a rock crystal or amethyst cluster.
